1. INTRODUCTION
As Epsilon Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Epsilon”), we provide information about the types of cookies used on our website, why they are used and the management of cookies within the framework of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation.
In the Cookie Policy, the cookies used to provide a better service to the website visitors and to provide a functional online environment are explained to the visitors and the rights and authorizations of the users regarding personal data are stated.
2. WHAT IS A COOKIE
A cookie is a type of text file placed on the user’s device by website operators and transferred as part of an HTTP(s) (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) request. Cookies are low-dimensional rich text formats that allow certain information about users to be stored on users’ terminal devices when a website is visited.

COOKIES BY DURATION
a. Session Cookies
Session cookies, also called temporary cookies, are used to ensure the continuity of the session. Session cookies are deleted when the user closes the internet browser.

Cookies that are not deleted when the Internet is turned off, but are automatically deleted on a certain date or after a certain period of time. Through this cookie, each time the user visits a website, the user’s processed data is transmitted to the server.

These cookies are necessary for the website to function. These cookies are used compulsorily in order to fulfill an information society service requested by the user.
b. Functional Cookies
These are cookies used for the purposes of personalization and remembering preferences used on the website or applications. These cookies are used to provide functionalities other than mandatory cookies.
c. Performance – Analytical Cookies

5. RIGHTS OF USERS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THESE RIGHTS
Pursuant to Article 11 of the relevant Law, you have the right to perform the following actions at any time
a) find out whether your personal data is being processed,
b) to request information about the processing of your personal data,
c) to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether this personal data is used in accordance with the purpose,
d) to learn about third parties in your country or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred,
e) request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,
f) to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the relevant Law,
g) In accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e), to request a report of the operations carried out on third parties to whom your personal data are transferred,
h) to object to any consequences due to the analysis of data processed exclusively through automated systems,
i) to claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can send it. Otherwise, applications will not be taken into consideration.
Applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 days at most.
In the event that your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient or the application is not responded to in due time; You can file a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days from the date you learn our response to your application and within 60 days from the date of application.
